Read before joining
These rules define validity, supplies, visits, cancellation, refunds, and safety. Direct enrolment means you have read and accepted them; pilot plans are confirmed separately after assessment.
A quarterly plan lasts 90 days from successful payment and does not auto-renew. Renewal or upgrade adds 90 days after the later of the current expiry or payment date; unused credits carry forward according to system records. Existing orders keep the benefits confirmed at checkout.
“3 supply drops” means three selection, confirmation, and standard-shipping service credits per quarter. Goods are purchased separately at the current member price; arbitrary brands and unlimited-value goods are not included. SKU, price, weight, shipping, and remote-area surcharges are confirmed before dispatch. Out-of-stock requests may be replaced, rescheduled, or cancelled; one credit is redeemed after dispatch.
Visits are limited to approved districts in pilot cities and should normally be requested 48 hours ahead. One visit is up to 30 minutes by default for no more than two pets at one address, covering agreed feeding, water refill, basic cleanup, or walking/play. One membership credit is redeemed after completion, with no per-visit fee for the basic scope. Overtime, extra pets, holidays, and out-of-radius requests require separate confirmation.
Pending requests can be cancelled free and the credit released. Assigned requests require support coordination. If service fails after departure because no one responds, entry is impossible, the address is wrong, or pet risks were not disclosed, the credit may be redeemed with a service record. If we cannot fulfil, the credit is returned or the visit rescheduled.
Customers must disclose illness, medication, aggression, escape history, and access requirements. Services exclude diagnosis, treatment, injections, professional grooming, and high-risk handling. We may refuse unsafe service and agree how to handle the credit. In emergencies we contact the nominated person first; authorised medical and transport costs not caused by service-provider fault are borne by the customer.
Listing Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, or Chengdu does not mean city-wide coverage. Availability depends on district, service radius, staffing, and pet profile. Safeguard and Concierge require a free assessment; an enrolment method is provided only after approval, and no plan fee is charged before assessment.
Refunds must be requested through order aftersales. The review is based on unused benefits and may deduct redeemed services, dispatched-gift value, incurred shipping, and other confirmed fulfilment costs. Upgrades carrying old credits require manual source review. Arrival time after approval depends on the payment provider.
Care questions receive a first response within 48 business hours; this is not a resolution deadline, medical diagnosis, or emergency rescue. Concierge hours and channels are confirmed during onboarding. The eternal-flame 20% coupon is valid once during membership, cannot be stacked, and is not reissued after expiry or redemption.
